This November, Parramatta was transformed by the Indian festival, Parramasala. It is the first Australian Festival of South Asian Arts officially launched by Premier Kristina Keneally early August in Parramatta.

A framework can be used as is but it’s also a blank canvass for developers or designers. It can be extended with child themes and hooks. We can use a framework as a starting point in our design.
